Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we like to get regular feedback from our customers to find out how we’re doing and if there is anything we could be doing better.

We recently sent an online survey to customers and had a great response, so a big thank you to everyone who took part.

We were pleased to see that customers rated us either very satisfied (81%) or satisfied (19%) with the level of service they receive from us. In fact, friendly and efficient service was the most popular reason given for choosing Universal Networks as a supplier.

Technical knowledge and range of products were also given as important reasons for choosing Universal Networks.

Customers gave us some useful feedback about our website and new product ideas, which we’re working on implementing in the future.
