The NO4FDW-A is part of Neutrik’s opticalCON QUAD series, engineered for professional environments that require rugged, multi-channel fibre connectivity. This feedthrough chassis connector supports four LC fibre channels — two LC Duplex pairs — offering increased bandwidth in the same reliable D-size housing used across the opticalCON range.

Fully compatible with standard LC connectors as well as opticalCON QUAD cable assemblies, the NO4FDW-A provides a versatile and space-efficient solution for high-performance signal routing. The connector features an automatic sealing shutter that protects internal fibre contacts from dust and dirt ingress when unmated, reducing contamination and the need for frequent cleaning.

Can I plug a standard LC patch cable into an opticalCON DUO or QUAD chassis connector?

The rear of these chassis connectors are presented as LC, therefore you can plug in standard LC’s. However with the opticalCON QUAD chassis connector, you must remove the clips and ensure the LC connector is slim to avoid adjacent connectors splaying.

What are my delivery options?

Mainland UK
Next working day delivery is offered as standard Monday-Friday for goods that are pre-made, are in stock and are not custom made. This service is only available for shipments to the UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands. If a quick delivery is important to you, you wish to check a manufacturing time for a custom made item or are placing an order after 3pm, please call the office on 01488 685800; we can confirm the stock availability and dispatch date very promptly.

International (Non-Mainland UK)
If your delivery location falls outside of the Mainland UK (i.e. International or Non-Mainland UK), after placing an order on the website, Universal Networks will contact you via e-mail or telephone to confirm the total cost of the order including delivery to your desired destination.
