To obtain a Returns Number you will need to contact your Sales Account Manager. No goods will be accepted without written authorisation and a Returns Number from Universal Networks. To apply please telephone our office on 01488 685800 and ask to speak to your Sales Account Manager.

If you do not have a Sales Account Manager, or if you are unsure of who that is, please call into the office and someone will assist you.
