If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Office via telephone on 01488 685800 or contact your Sales Account Manager as soon as possible.

If any products have had to be manufactured or specially sourced Universal Networks shall be entitled to claim £10.00 or 10% of the value (whichever is greater) of any order cancelled after 24 hours from our receipt of an order provided the goods have not been despatched to the customer.  We will always try to avoid any costs however, it is only if we have incurred costs we cannot reclaim that we will make any claims.

If the goods have been despatched to the customer any order cancelled within 14 days may be returned as long as:

a) The period is less than 14 days since dispatch
b) The goods have not been used and all original packaging and contents are present
c) The goods and packaging have not been damaged or marked
d) The goods are returned within 7 days of approval by Universal Networks

For returned items Universal Networks shall be entitled to charge £10.00 or 25% of the value (whichever is greater). Delivery charges will not be refunded. Credit card charges for both the sale and the credit, where applicable, will be deducted from the credit amount.  Again this is to cover any non refundable costs we incur, in some cases cancellation charges can be avoided.

For made-to-order cables, the cancellation of order or return of any cables and associated refund will be discretionary.
