If you already have a Trade Account facility set up with Universal Networks you can place orders with us on account. If you have not yet set up a trade account please click here.

Once you have created a login we will activate the Trade Account facility.

To place an order with your payment method through your Trade Account please follow the below steps:

1. On the homepage, use the “My Account” link and enter your credentials to log in to your account.

2. Add the products you require to your basket as normal and when finished click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button

3. Billing Information: Review your billing address information and amend if necessary.

4. Shipping Information: Review your shipping address information and amend if necessary.

5. Shipping Method: Select the shipping method you require.

6. Payment Information: You will have the option to pay by credit card (Worldpay or Paypal) or select the ‘Trade Account’ option and place the order via your trade account.

7. Order Review: Review your order and then select ‘Place Order’ if you are happy to proceed. To edit your order, please go back to the basket by clicking on the basket icon at the top of the page. your cart’ if you would like to add additional items to your order.

8. You’ll receive an automated e-mail confirming your order has been placed and Universal Networks will be in touch to acknowledge your order.
