For STOCK items: Standard delivery next working day (weekdays) you can expect your delivery between 9am and 6pm. Next Working Day Delivery is defined as being delivered the next working day after it is dispatched. We usually dispatch stock items for orders received before 4:40pm, but this can sometimes be extended.

For CUSTOM MADE / MADE TO ORDER items: lead times and therefore delivery dates vary. We will confirm the actual ship date shortly after receiving an order, or you can contact us before ordering and we will provide an estimate.If in doubt please call us to check.

For timed deliveries (Pre 9:30am, Pre 10:30am and Pre 12:00pm) our Couriers will attempt delivery from around 7am onwards. If during these timed periods no one is available to sign for the delivery, the Courier will re-attempt delivery one further time.

In most cases we will be able to inform you of a hour-length time period when your delivery is likely to arrive. Please phone Universal Networks on 01488 685800 to enquire.

If a delivery is refused or if there is no-one around to sign for it, our Couriers will in most circumstances be able to attempt re-delivery the next working day. If the delivery is again refused or if there is no-one around to sign for it it will become your responsibility to collect the goods from the depot. In these circumstances, we will contact you directly.
