If you have forgotten your password please follow the steps below rather than creating a duplicate account.
1. Click on the “My Account” link on the top of the homepage
2. Click on the “Lost Your Password” link under “Login”
3. Type your email address in the box and click the purple “Reset Password” button
4. You will then receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to reset your password
