COVID-19: A Service Status Update

With lockdown 2.0 upon us, we are working around the clock to ensure we continue to provide you with the excellent level of service you are used to. In line with Government guidelines, many of our staff are now working from home to ensure their safety. However, this doesn’t mean that we aren’t here for you.

The remote work stations, social distancing measures and other processes we put in place during the first National lockdown are once again being utilised and as such, we are more prepared to continue serving our customers as normal. Whilst we may not be able to see you in person, there are still plenty of ways to get in touch for advice or to talk about your project and product needs.

PHONES – GOOD

We are still answering the office phones, but with more staff working from home it may take a little longer than usual to get through to someone. Please bear with us and consider emailing or trying our online chat facility as an alternative.

EMAIL – GOOD

All staff working in the office or from home have access to emails and will respond to your queries within 2 working hours. Please contact us as normal and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Live Chat
ONLINE CHAT – GOOD

Our team are able to speak with you directly via our online chat facility, whether they are working from home or in the office. This is a great alternative to the telephone, allowing you to speak directly to a member of our team and get quick, live updates to your enquiries.

Meeting
MEETINGS – REDUCED

Due to the current national lockdown, our offices are now closed to visitors. Meetings will take place via video conference or telephone. Face to face meetings will resume pending government guidance at the end of lockdown.

Free Delivery
DELIVERY – GOOD

Our standard next day delivery services are currently operating as normal for items that are in stock. Free delivery on orders over £100.

Stock Level
PRODUCT STOCK LEVELS – GOOD

We have thousands of products available online, which are in stock and ready to ship. 95% of our pre-made cables are ready to deliver next day through the UK, allowing us to respond quickly to your orders and any last minute requests.

Production
PRODUCTION – REDUCED

Production is continuing at a slightly reduced capacity due to social distancing measures being taken within our facility and an increase in order levels. Please plan with as much notice as possible.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS – REDUCED

We are still taking orders for bespoke, custom made items. However, due to demand and reduced staff numbers there may be increased lead times. Please speak to us about your requirements for more details.

FIBRE REPAIRS & SERVICING – REDUCED

We’ve created socially distanced, safe working spaces for our Production Team, enabling us to continue offering in-house servicing and repairs to our customers. Due to this, we are working at a reduced capacity and there may be some delays in scheduling your fibre repairs. Please book as early as possible.
