COVID-19 Update

Dear Customers,

Like many other businesses, we have been working hard to find the right balance between following government policy, supporting our valued customers and ensuring the health of our team. We are aware that many of you are having to adapt your lives at short notice and wanted to reassure you that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers, as per government advice.

Many of our staff are now successfully working from home to ensure we can continue to support and provide you with the excellent levels of customer service you are used to, with minimal disruption.

Like many of you, we are having to learn and react quickly to the impact COVID-19 is having on our world. We are working closely with our suppliers and couriers to ensure we stay connected and work together to face this challenge together.

We are continuously monitoring the situation and all updates released by the Government to ensure we are complying with the restrictions. As an ongoing priority our focus will be on ensuring the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers whilst maintaining normal business operations. We will endeavour to keep you informed as the situation progresses.
