We take immense pride in our employees and are thrilled to shine a light on two specific individuals who have recently begun their Apprenticeship programs. As they immerse themselves in these educational experiences, we are committed to supporting them every step of the way.

MEET DANNY

Danny’s journey with us began in August 2022 when he joined our team as a Fibre Optic Technician, armed with nothing but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Despite being an industry novice, Danny wasted no time in hitting the ground running, demonstrating a remarkable blend of initiative and adaptability. His fresh perspective and eagerness to soak up new knowledge have been nothing short of inspiring.

Now, as Danny takes his next step forward, he’s embarked on the Improvement Technician Level 4 apprenticeship program. We couldn’t be more excited to accompany him on this journey of growth and development. With his passion for learning and dedication to excellence, we’re confident that Danny will not only excel in his apprenticeship but also contribute significantly to our team’s success.

MEET NATHAN

In November 2022, Nathan stepped through our doors to join the team as another novice Fibre Optic Technician, entering the world of fibre optic and copper cabling with enthusiasm and drive. Bringing a quiet determination and eagerness to make the most of every opportunity, Nathan has quickly earned the respect of his colleagues and supervisors alike.

Nathan recently began his Lean Manufacturing apprenticeship program, seizing the opportunity to broaden his skills, knowledge and expertise even further. With his strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth, we have every confidence that Nathan will make significant contributions to our team throughout his apprenticeship journey and beyond. The future is bright, and we’re excited to see where this journey takes us together.
