I am delighted to be joining Universal Networks as a Senior Account Manager. This is a responsive and customer focussed company with considerable in-house expertise and two decades experience of helping people with their fibre and network requirements.
Your background…
I bring twenty years of industry experience working with both manufacturers and distributors of network equipment. I have accumulated both strong technical knowledge and good market understanding.
Your approach…
I very much enjoy customer contact and get my greatest satisfaction from supplying prompt and helpful responses and supplying the customers with what they need in a timely fashion. I also try to make the transaction enjoyable for both parties.
More about you….
In my spare time I enjoy sport, especially cricket and squash or anything involving a ball, literature and the arts.
Something interesting…
I have played cricket with two England captains, Graham Gooch and Mike Gatting. They were both a bit better than me!
