To obtain a Returns Number you will need to contact your Sales Account Manager. No goods will be accepted without written authorisation and a Returns Number from Universal Networks. To proceed with a Return, please phone our office on 0844 846 0440 and ask to speak to your Sales Account Manager.
If you do not have a Sales Account Manager, or if you are unsure of who that is please phone into the office and someone will assist you.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an Order, please contact our Office via telephone on 0844 846 0440 or contact your Sales Account Manager as soon as possible
Universal Networks shall be entitled to claim £10.00 or 10% of the value (whichever is greater) of any order cancelled after 24 hours from our receipt of an order provided the goods have not been despatched to the customer.
If the goods have been despatched to the customer any order cancelled within 14 days may be returned as long as:
a) The period is less than 14 days since dispatch
b) The goods have not been used and all original packaging and contents are present
c) The goods and packaging have not been damaged or marked
d) The goods are returned within 7 days of approval by Universal Networks
Universal Networks shall be entitled to charge £10.00 or 25% of the value (whichever is greater.) Delivery charges will not be refunded. Credit card charges for both the sale and the credit, where applicable, will be deducted from the credit amount.
For made-to-order cables, the cancellation of order or return of any cables and associated refund will be discretionary.
