How do I purchase online with My Trade Account?

If you have a Trade Account facility already set up with Universal Networks you can place orders with us on Account. Once you have created a login we will activate this facility.

To place an order with your payment method through your Trade Account please follow the below steps:

1. On the homepage, use the "Log In" link and enter your credentials to log in to Your Account.

2. Add the products you require to your basket as normal and when finished click on the "Checkout" button

3. Review your Invoice Address Details and amend if necessary, here you can also allocate a PO number to your Universal Networks order

4. On the next page, choose your delivery service and review your Delivery Address Details, click "Continue" when you are happy

5. You will be taken to a new page confirming your Invoice and Delivery Address Details, use the tick box below this information to request to pay via Trade Account and click on "Trade Account" to complete the transaction. At this stage, you also have the option to pay by Credit Card if preferred for this order.

6. You will automatically receive an e-mail notification confirming your order has been placed. Universal Networks will be in touch shortly via e-mail or telephone to acknowledge your order
