If you need to change your Account password, please use the below steps:
1. On the homepage, use the "Log In" link and enter your details to log into the Universal Networks website
2. You will be returned to the homepage, click on the "My Account" link
3. On the new page, click on the "My Password" link
4. Enter in your desired New Password and re-enter the password to confirm your changes and click "Save Changes"
5. You will be taken to a new page confirming that your password change has been successful
