For Standard Delivery Next Working Day (weekdays) you can expect your delivery between 9am and 6pm.
For timed deliveries (Pre 9:30am, Pre 10:30am and Pre 12:00pm) our Couriers will attempt delivery from around 7am onwards. If during these timed periods no one is available to sign for the delivery, the Courier will re-attempt delivery one further time.
In most cases we will be able to inform you of a hour-length time period when your delivery is likely to arrive. Please phone Universal Networks on 0844 846 0400 to enquire.
If a delivery is refused or if there is no-one around to sign for it, our Couriers will in most circumstances be able to attempt re-delivery the next working day. If the delivery is again refused or if there is no-one around to sign for it it will become your responsibility to collect the goods from the depot. In these circumstances, we will contact you directly.
