Universal Networks have been providing networking products and services to Essex Magistrates Court for almost four years. As our relationship has grown we have provided Hardware Maintenance and Cabling installation services and have become their preferred networking partner.

Network Cabling

Over the years Universal Networks have installed a number of Category 5E structured cabling systems for Essex Magistrates Court. These systems vary in size from 60 outlets to over 500 outlets. Throughout this time and these installations Universal have maintained excellent communication at all times. We have worked closely with other contractors who look after other elements of each building concerned to provide a seamless implementation for Essex Magistrates Court.

Hardware Maintenance

Universal's maintenance contracts provide customers with peace of mind. We provide our customers with a choice of numerous levels of cover and can cover almost any networking product both old and new. Our engineers are familiar with our customer's sites, often the same engineer will visit site, ensuring continuity with the customer, which is an important benefit, as it builds trust and understanding.

Essex Magistrates Court have a wide range of networking products from multiple vendors across their Local Area Networks, some of which is very old (in networking terms), they were looking for a single maintenance partner that could provide cover for all of their equipment and not just parts of it. Organisation Background
