I used Universal Networks because we had been let down by another supplier. I was very impressed with the web site and the sevice. Liz Mill knew exactly what we wanted and the parts were in stock. I was kept informed at all times as to the progress of the order. The parts were delivered within 14 hours of placing the order and and worked exactly as we wanted. Can't fault Universal Networks in any way.

We had a failed WAP device and needed a replacement quickly, despite phoning the order through late in the afternoon Universal Networks were able to get one to us the next day before 12 o'clock. An excellent service that limited the unavailabilty of one of our wireless services to a minimum.

I've used numerous random web-shops all over the world for 10yrs. For this one, no issue is an issue: Overseas shipping, upgraded shipping speed, no extra VAT issues, no payment hazzle, quick ping-pong emailing, last minute order item addons; for short: It cannot be more convinient and service minded than this. The Oscar for best customer service goes to Universal Networks!

Response: We are happy to take scheduled orders, in fact we would like more of these and less at 5:00pm for next day delivery, but we live in the real world! All you need to do it confirm the date you require the goods to be delivered and it will be done.

I run a small IT company in Wantage Oxfordshire. When one of my customers needed their network upgrading to increase its efficiency I can honestly say Universal Networks bent over backwards to give me all the help and advise I needed. From product sourcing to technical support, I could not have asked for a better service. I plan on doing business with them again soon.
